摘要 阳极电流是铝电解生产过程中的重要参数,但目前难以对其进行准确测量.本研究中使用光纤电流传感器测量了400kA铝电解槽中的阳极电流.测试结果表明,该方法能有效避免电磁场干扰,电流测量精度高,测量误差在±2%以内.本文对测量数据进行了分析,给出了阳极电流的分布特点以及换极引起的电流分布变化,发现新阳极所在的区域中电流减少20%左右,邻近的两个区域电流则各增加约10%,其它区域的电流变化幅度不大. Anode current is recognized as an important parameter during the aluminum reduction process, but it is currently difficult to acccurately measure the anode current. The fiber - optic current sensor is used in this study to measure the anode current of 400kA aluminum reduction pot. The test result shows that this method can effectively avoid the interference of electromagnetic field, the current can be measured with high precision, and the measure ment error is controlled within ±2%. The measurement data is analyzed in this paper, which shows characteristics of the anode current distribution and the current distribution changes caused by the anode changing. It is found that the current in the new anode area is reduced by about 20%, while the cur rent in the adjacent two areas is increased by about 10%, and the current has little change greatly in other areas.
