摘要
针对炭阳极生产工艺中罐式炉顶人工加料的不足,提出了一种罐式炉顶皮带自动加料系统的设计方案.本方案设一套PLC控制系统,采用条码定位系统和行程开关检测实现加料小车运行位置的精准采集,采用变频电机实现加料小车运行速率的自动调节,进而实现了对加料小车的集中控制.皮带自动加料系统有效的降低了操作人员的工作强度,提高了工作效率,提升了罐式炉加料系统的可靠性.
In view of the shortcomings of manual feeding on top of retort furnace in carbon anode production process, a design of automatic feeding system for beltwas proposed. In the design, a set of PLC control system is adopted on the feeding carrier. The bar code positioning system and position limit switch are adopted to achieve the accurate acquisition of feeding carrier position, and variable frequency motor is adopted to achieve automatic regulation of run ning speed of feeding carrier. It also completes the centralized control of feeding system. The automatic belt feeding system effectively reduces the working intensity of operators, improves the working efficiency and improves the reliability of the feeding system.
