含光储充电站的配电网供电能力评估 被引量:8

摘要 光储充电站是实现多种能源互补、清洁能源生产和就地消纳的典型集成方式之一,其并网运行使配电网供电能力评估变得更加复杂。研究了光储充电站并网对配电网供电能力的影响,考虑负荷分布曲线、不同时段光储充电站以及电网运行状态,采用负荷增长的连续潮流法进行配电网供电能力评估。在评估中,基于电压-有功功率灵敏度矩阵引入节点电气距离和负荷增长模式,充分挖掘配电网供电能力。通过IEEE33节点系统验证了所提方法的有效性,算例分析表明光储充电站并网可提高配电网供电能力,其作用受到充放电功率和并网位置的共同影响。 PV-energy-storage charging station is a typical integration of Multi-type energy complementation and producing clean energy and consuming locally.It is complicated to evaluate the power supply capability of distribution network with the charging stations.The connection to power grid of the charging station was studied to analyze its impact on the power supply capability of distribution network.Taking into account the load curve and operation state of charging station and power grid.This paper evaluates the power supply capability based on continuous power flow in real time.To dig the power supply capability fully,the electrical distance and load growth model are defined and calculated based on the voltage-active power sensitivity matrix during the evaluation.The effectiveness of the method is verified by the IEEE 33-bus system.The Analysis of example proves that PV-energy-storage charging station connected to power grid can improve the power supply capacity,which size is affected by the electrical distance of location and charging-discharging power.
