摘要
汽轮机旁路系统作为燃气蒸汽联合循环机组中的重要系统,其控制质量直接关系着机组能否安全高效运行。华电通州燃机项目蒸汽轮机旁路系统采用100%容量高压旁路和低压旁路二级并联的气动旁路系统装置。结合此项目分析了机组在整个运行过程中高、低压旁路压力和温度控制策略,并设计了一种计算汽轮机冲转压力的方法,缩短了启动时间。
Bypass system is an important part of gas-steam combined cycle unit,and the control quality directly affects the safe and efficient operation of power plant.The steam turbine bypass system of Huadian Tongzhou Gas Turbine Project has a parallel circuit which contains a 100% high-pressure bypass and a 100% low-pressure bypass.Based on this project,the pressure and temperature control strategies of high-pressure and low-pressure bypasses in operation process are analyzed,and an algorithm of steam turbine starting pressure is introduced,which shortens the start-up period.
