摘要
燃煤电厂带式输送机是输煤系统重要组成设备,通过栈桥、转运站、碎煤机、高幅筛等结构、设备,贯通整个输煤系统,起到承上启下作用。输煤胶带机跑偏控制,是影响胶带机能否长期、稳定、高效运行的主要控制项目,也是胶带机安装、调试过程中的常见问题和质量通病。针对胶带机在设计、安装、调试、运行等各阶段质量控制重点,归纳总结了影响胶带机跑偏的主要因素,并与国外设计进行对比,给出了一些合理化建议,为以后类似项目提供借鉴。
The belt conveyor in coal-fired power plant is an important component of the coal handling system.It plays a role in connecting the whole coal conveying system through the structure and equipment of the coal belt conveyor gallery,the coal transfer house,the coal crusher,high-amplitude sieve and so on.The belt side skid is the main control item that affects whether the belt conveyor can run stably and efficiently for a long time.It is also a common quality problem in the installation and commissioning of the belt conveyor.The main factors of the quality control in the design,installation,commissioning and operation of the belt conveyor,and the main factors that affect the deviation of the belt conveyor are summarized.Compared with foreign designs,some reasonable suggestions are given to provide reference for the similar projects in the future.
