契约文书校勘失误成因探析——以《贵州文斗寨苗族契约法律文书汇编》为例

The Causes of Mistakes in the Collation of Contract Documents——Taking The Compilation of the Miao People’s Legal Contract Documents of Wen Douzhai in Guizhou as an Example

今人在校勘契约文书时常常由于各种原因而导致失误。契约文书校勘失误的成因不外乎三类:一是文字原因,契约文书多系民间手书而成,文书中俗字、异体字等众多,今人在整理时因不明文字形体而误;二是词汇原因,契约文书多出自民间,文书中方言词、俗语词等众多,今人在整理时因不解词义而误;三是符号原因,契约文书中乙字符、重文符、替代符等众多,今人在整理时因不识符号的作用而误。本文以《贵州文斗寨苗族契约法律文书汇编》为例,通过对该书中的校勘失误之处进行辨正,总结出导致契约文书校勘失误的九则成因,以祈对以后的契约文书校勘工作有所启发。

Today people often make mistakes for various reasons when collating contract documents. Based on the errors identification and correction in the collation of the book The Compilation of the Miao People' s Legal Contract Documents of Wen Douzhai in Guizhou, we summarize nine main causes of errors in the collation of contract documents, in order to inspire the collation work of future contract documents.
