中西部贫困农村学前教育基本质量保障的瓶颈与出路 被引量:2

摘要 我国已进人决胜全面建成小康社会的关键时期。让贫困农村幼儿接受基本质量的学前教育,是科学扶智、阻断贫困代际传递的紧迫任务,是实现“幼有所育”的重要途径。要以系统的思路构建中西部贫困农村学前教育基本质量保障的理论框架,厘清其各个要素的内涵和它们之间的相互关系,并因地制宜完善中西部贫困农村特困和特殊幼儿信息管理系统,建立中西部贫困农村支持幼儿人园的工作机制,强化中西部贫困农村学前基本质量督导力度,提升中西部贫困农村幼儿教师质量,多途径优化中西部贫困农村幼儿园活动。 China has entered a crucial period of decisive victory in building a well 一 off society in an all - round way. It is an urgent task for the poor rural children to receive preschool education of basic quality, so that the strategy of aiding wisdom scientifically and blocking the inter - generational transmission of poverty can be implemented and the goal of " let the young be educated" be attained. To achieve the basic quality assurance of preschool education in poor rural areas in the mid - west areas of China, the paper puts forward the following suggestions: constructing systematically a theoretical framework for it, in which the connotation of each element and the relationship between them should be clarified;perfecting the poverty -stricken and special children information management system according to local conditions;establishing the working mechanism in support of the children's admission to the kindergarten;strengthening the quality supervision of the preschool education;improving the quality of preschool teachers there;optimizing the activities of poor rural kindergartens in these regions.
