超分子医学是利用超分子化学的理念为现代医药学服务.杯芳烃作为重要的人工大环受体分子,在超分子化学和超分子医学的发展中均扮演着重要角色.本文介绍了超分子医学和杯芳烃的基本概念和发展概况,总结了我们在杯芳烃超分子医学包括疾病诊断、生物成像、药物研发和药物递送等方面取得的进展,还兼顾了其他课题组的代表性成果,最后思考了杯芳烃在现代医药学领域如何健康有序的发展,展望了杯芳烃超分子医学未来的发展前景和应用价值.

Supramolecular medicine is the application of the concept of supramolecular chemistry to serve modern medicine. Calixarene, as one of important artificial macrocyclic receptors, plays an important role in the development of supramolecular chemistry and supramolecular medicine. This review introduced the basic concepts of supramolecular medicine and calixarene, their corresponding development, and summarized our progress in calixarene-based supramolecular medicine including disease diagnosis, bio-imaging, drug discovery and drug delivery, as well as the representative results of other research groups. Finally, the healthy and orderly development of calixarenes in modern medicine was considered, and the future development and application of supramolecular medicine of calixarenes were prospected.
