基于能量流的风电机组异常运行状态预警软件设计 被引量:3

DESIGN OF FOREWARNING SOFTWARE FOR WIND TURBINES ABNORMITY BASED ON ENERGY FLOW THEORY

摘要 针对当前风电机组运行异常状态检测的热点难点问题,根据SCADA数据的时序特点,设计一款基于能量流参数关系模型的风电机组运行异常预警软件。基于能量流原理,将风力发电机系统作为一个复杂系统划分为4个子系统;建立关于风电机组运行特性的输入输出参数关系模型,并结合核密度估计原理和统计学置信区间理论,提出实时计算风电机组运行状态健康指标阈值的方法;介绍软件主体框架,以及软件内部数据处理方法与数据调用的实现方法。利用某风电场的实际SCADA数据进行实例分析验证,结果显示该软件可以为风电机组运行状态维护提供更方便的途径。 Aiming at the focal and challenged problem in detecting abnormal condition during wind turbines operation,we designed a forewarning software for wind turbines abnormity condition based on energy flow parameter relationship model,according to the timing sequence of SCADA data.The wind turbine system,as a complex system,was divided into four subsystems based on the principle of energy flow.We established the input-output parameter relationship model of wind turbines operating characteristics.Combining with the nuclear density estimation principle and the statistical confidence interval theory,we proposed a method to calculate health indicator threshold of wind turbine operating condition in real time.The software main framework,as well as the internal data processing method and the data call implementation method were introduced.Using the actual SCADA data of a wind farm to carry out an instance analysis,the result indicates that the proposed software can provide a more convenient approach for maintaining the wind turbines operating condition.
