摘要
粉末涂料应用前景广阔,为提高其重防腐蚀性能,研制了一种满足重防腐蚀保护要求的快速固化环氧粉末涂料,讨论了基料树脂的选择、固化剂型号及用量对涂膜性能的影响;确定了颜填料、流平剂和固化促进剂等助剂的选用对象,获得了该涂料的优选配方,并对优选配方涂料的性能进行了测试。结果显示:涂料绿色环保无污染,涂层具有优良的抗化学品性、耐溶剂、优异的力学性能及良好的附着力,施工工艺简单,不需要底漆可一次厚涂,快速固化有利于流水线作业,具有较广的应用前景。
A kind of epoxy powder coating for heavy anti-corrosion protection was developed. The influence of the base resins and the type and amount of curing agents on the performance of the coating was discussed. The dosage of pigments, fillers, leveling agents, curing accelerators and other additives were determined. Finally, the performance test results of the coating were given. Results showed that the coating was green, environment-friendly and pollution-free, and had the excellent chemical resistance, solvent resistance, excellent physical and mechanical properties ,good adhesion and other properties of the coating. The construction process was simple, and the primer was not required to be coated at the same time, as well as the rapid curing was beneficial to assembly line operation. Therefore, the prepared coating had a wider application of anti? corrosion field.
