价格改革40年以来取得了巨大的成就。未来价格改革应当从完善市场决定价格机制、健全政府价格管理机制、完善价格总水平调控机制三个方面继续推进,本文从评价标准、实现条件、改革方向分别阐释了如何从以上三方面推进价格改革。完善市场决定价格机制的改革方向重点在于:市场主体公平准入、市场客体产权明确、市场机制保证公平竞争、市场监管体制健全;健全政府价格管理体制的改革方向重点在于加快放开竞争性环节政府定价、积极引入市场竞价机制、健全垄断环节定价制度、建立健全社会监督机制;完善价格总水平调控的未来改革重点主要在于推进价格调控机制的信息化、精准化和系统化。

The price reform has made great achievements in the past 40 years. Future price reform should continue to advance from three aspects: improving the market price mechanism, improving the government price management mechanism, and improving the overall price level control mechanism. This article explains how to promote price reform from the above three aspects from the evaluation criteria, implementation conditions, and reform direction. The reform direction of the market to determine the price mechanism is focused on: fair access to market entities, clear market object property rights, fair competition in market mechanisms, and sound market supervision system. The reform direction of the government price management system is focused on accelerating the liberalization of the government. Pricing, actively introducing market bidding mechanism, perfecting the monopoly link pricing system, establishing and improving the social supervision mechanism;improving the overall price level of the future reform is mainly focused on promoting the informationization, precision and systemization of the price control mechanism.
