摘要
我国是全球第一大食糖进口国,国内食糖市场需求较大。但是,由于我国蔗农生产甘蔗收入不高且国内制糖企业制糖成本较高,使得我国食糖产业整体竞争力较弱。因此,认识我国食糖产业发展水平和竞争力状况,提高我国食糖产业经济效益,确保其可持续健康发展具有重要意义。本文从食糖的生产、加工和消费环节对国内食糖产业竞争力进行比较全面的分析,同时构建食糖产业竞争力评价体系,将国内食糖产业与国际食糖产业竞争力进行比较,分析和研究我国食糖产业之不足,并为振兴我国食糖产业提出建议。基于本文的研究,提出以下几点提高我国食糖产业竞争力的措施:整合甘蔗种植土地,提升甘蔗机械化生产比例;淘汰落后食糖加工技术,鼓励糖厂并购重组;探索甘蔗燃料乙醇产业化发展道路;完善白糖"保险+期货"模式。
China is the world’s largest importer of sugar, and the domestic sugar market is in great demand. However, due to the low income in China’s sugarcane farmers and the high cost in domestic sugar enterprises, the overall competitiveness of China’s sugar industry is weak. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand the development level and competitiveness of China’s sugar industry, improve the economic benefits of China’s sugar industry, and ensure its sustainable and healthy development. This paper analyzes the domestic sugar industry competitiveness from the production, processing and consumption of sugar industry, and builds a sugar industry competitiveness evaluation system to compare the domestic sugar industry with the international sugar industry competitiveness, analyze and study the sugar industry in China. and make recommendations for the revitalization of China’s sugar industry. Based on the research in this paper, the following measures are proposed to improve the competitiveness of China’s sugar industry: integrating sugarcane planting land, increasing the proportion of sugarcane mechanized production;eliminating backward sugar processing technology, encouraging sugar factory mergers and acquisitions;exploring the development path of sugarcane fuel ethanol industrialization;Improve the white sugar "insurance + futures" model.
