枢纽经济形成与未来发展趋势研究——基于要素集聚与资源整合理论的探索

Research on the Formation and Future Development Trend of Hub Economy:Exploration Based on the Theory of Factor Agglomeration and Resource Integration

枢纽经济是通道经济、转口经济、过境经济的升级版理论,实践中创造了临空经济、临港经济、临站经济、临轨经济、站场经济等经济模式。大力发展枢纽经济,有利于推进要素集聚、资源整合,打造低成本、高效率的枢纽服务网络,提升实体经济发展活力,促进区域协调发展。本文梳理了枢纽经济的理论形成过程:交通枢纽-要素枢纽-枢纽产业-枢纽城市,其最高阶段是枢纽产业与枢纽城市的融合共生、持续发展。我国枢纽经济建设成效初显,但也存在一些亟待解决的问题,主要包括:枢纽功能定位有待明晰;要素整合能力有待提升;产业协同发展有待加强;枢纽城市建设任重道远。结合我国枢纽经济发展状况,本文认为枢纽经济未来发展趋势为:从单式枢纽到综合枢纽,从实体枢纽到虚拟枢纽;从区域枢纽到国际枢纽;从城市枢纽到枢纽城市。在此基础上,提出促进我国枢纽经济进一步发展的政策建议。

Hub economy is an upgraded theory of channel economy, transit economy and transit economy. In practice, economic models including airport economy, port economy, station economy, rail economy and station economy are created. Vigorously developing the hub economy is conducive to promoting factor agglomeration and resource integration, creating a low-cost and efficient hub service network, enhancing the vitality of real economic development and promoting regional coordinated development. This paper combs the theoretical formation process of hub economy: transportation hub-factor hub-hub industry-hub city, the highest stage of which is the integration of hub industry and hub city, symbiosis and sustainable development. Hub economic construction of Chinahas achieved remarkable results, but there are still some problems to be solved urgentlyincludingthe functional orientation of the hub needs to be clarified, the ability of factor integration needs to be improved, the coordinated development of industry needs to be strengthened,and the construction of the hub city has a long way to go. Based on the development of hub economy in China, the author assumes that the future development trend of hub economy is: from single hub to comprehensive hub, from physical hub to virtual hub, from regional hub to international hub, from urban hub to cityhub. On this basis, the author puts forward policy recommendations to promote the further development of hub economy of China.
