摘要
LCC谐振变换器拓扑适用于航空航天高压大功率场合,而LCC谐振变换器输出电压在宽范围变化,使得谐振网络参数设计困难。在此,使用基波有效值分析法得到谐振变换器的交流等效电路,并提出谐振变换器宽输出条件下的参数优化设计方法,实现LCC谐振变换器在全负载范围内实现功率管的零电压开通和二极管的零电流关断。最后,设计一台输出电压范围在400~800 V变化样机,采用变频控制策略验证了所提宽输出范围谐振网络参数设计方法的正确性。
LCC resonant converter topology is suitable for aerospace high-voltage high-power applications.The output voltage of LCC resonant converter varies in a wide range, which makes the design of resonant network parameters difficult.The alternating current equivalent circuit of the resonant converter is obtained by using the fundamental effective value analysis method, the parameter optimization design method under the wide output condition of the resonant converter is proposed to realize the power tube zero voltage turn-on and diode zero current turn-off in the full load range of the LCC resonant converter.Finally,a prototype with output voltage ranging from 400~800 V is designed.The correctness of the parameter design method for the wide output range resonant network proposed is verified by the frequency control strategy.
