摘要
编制初始题集并形成初始问卷,并进行了3次问卷调查和统计学分析,获得最终量表。结果显示:量表由教学能力、职业坚守与沟通交流能力、探索与发现能力、自我反思与学习能力这4个因子组成的多维度结构,量表本身具有较好的信效度,可以作为测度贵州民族地区中小学体育教师胜任力的工具。
Object: Exploring the scale form of competence for primary and secondary school PE teachers of ethnic minority area in Guizhou Province. Method: After preparing initial problem sets and forming initial questionnaires, we gain the result through three surveys and statistics. Conclusions: The scale is a multi - dimensional structure composed of four elements: teaching ability, professional beliefs and communication skills, researching and innovation, self - reflection and learning. This research shows good reliability and validity, and it can be an effective measurement for school PE teachers of ethnic minority area in Guizhou province.
