摘要
通过熔融共混的方法制备了聚丙烯/滑石粉复合材料,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及电子万能拉伸机等,研究了滑石粉用量对复合材料热性能、晶体结构、微观形貌和力学性能的影响。结果表明:滑石粉用量为10%时,复合材料的熔融温度和结晶温度均达到最大值,此时的力学性能最佳;滑石粉的加入并不会改变PP的晶型结构;添加适量滑石粉可以使材料由脆性断裂转变为韧性断裂。
Polypropylene/talc powder composites were prepared by melt blending.The effects of talc powder content on thermal properties,crystal structure,micro-morphology and mechanical properties of the composites were studied by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electronic universal tensile machine.The results indicate that when the content of talc powder is 10%,the melting and crystallization temperatures of the composites reach the maximum,and the mechanical properties of the composites are the best.The addition of talc powder does not change the crystalline structure of PP;the addition of appropriate talc powder can change the brittle fracture into ductile fracture.
