注射机脱模检测控制系统设计

摘要 为了提高注射机的自动化程度,用自动检测技术替代传统人工检测,实现对塑料产品脱模的全程检测,提出了一种基于机器视觉检测的注射机脱模过程检测控制系统。首先介绍了注射机生产工艺的基本流程,基于工业控制计算机和图像采集卡设计了注射机自动检测控制系统,并阐述了控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计。同时对机器视觉采集到的图像进行滤波、分割等图像处理,以提高注射机的视觉检测效率。该控制系统可以有效提高注射机的自动化程度,并提高其生产效率。 In order to improve the automation of injection machine,the automatic inspection technology is used instead of traditional manual inspection to realize the whole process inspection of plastic product demoulding.A kind of inspection and control system of injection machine demoulding process based on machine vision inspection is proposed.Firstly,the basic production process of injection machine is introduced.Based on industrial control computer and image acquisition card,the automatic detection and control system of injection machine is designed.The hardware design and software design of the control system are described.At the same time,the image captured by machine vision is filtered and segmented to improve the visual inspection efficiency of injection machine.The control system can effectively improve the automation of injection machine and its production efficiency.
