摘要
近年来随着影像技术的发展,CT、PET/CT等在肺癌领域中的应用越来越普及,积攒了大量影像数据,然而基于形态学的传统诊断模式越来越难以满足个体化精准医疗的要求。在继基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等的兴起和发展之后,又有学者提出了影像组学的概念,即对医学影像大数据进行深度挖掘并量化分析的过程,成为目前另一大研究热点。本文主要就影像组学在肺癌中的辅助诊断、疗效评估、临床预后等方面的应用研究进展作一综述。
In recent years, with the development of imaging technology, the application of CT, PET/CT is increasingly popular in the field of lung cancer, which brought a large number of images.However, the traditional morphological diagnostic mode is increasingly difficult to achieve the requirement of precision medicine.After the rise and developments of genomics, proteomics and metabolomics, some scholars have put forward the concept of radiomics, which means the process of deep mining and quantitative analysis by using big data of medical image, and radiomics has become another hot research spot.This paper mainly reviews the application and research progress of radiomics in the diagnosis, evaluation of treatment outcome and clinical prognosis of lung cancer.
