阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停是全身多系统疾病,与阿尔茨海默病流行病学互有重叠,二者互为因果。由于阿尔茨海默病发病机制暂不明确,无特异性药物治疗,患病及死亡人数逐年上升,探讨睡眠在二者间的关系,有助于进一步揭示疾病发生机制、预防疾病发生及发展、指导临床治疗、提高患者生活质量。

Obstructive sleep apnea is a systemic multi-system disease that overlaps with the epidemiology of Alzheimer′s disease and is mutually causal.The pathogenesis of Alzheimer′s disease is not clear and there is currently no effective drug for the treatment of it.Prevalence and mortality increase year by year.Therefore, exploring the relationship between these diseases will help to further reveal the mechanism of disease, prevent the occurrence and development of diseases, and guide Clinical treatment and improve the quality of life of patients.
