长链非编码RNA H19在肺癌中的研究进展

Research progress of long non-coding RNA H19 in lung cancer

肺癌是目前世界上发病率最高的恶性肿瘤。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是长度大于200个核苷酸、无蛋白质编码功能的RNA转录物。lncRNA H19是最早发现的lncRNA,在肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、转移等过程中发挥重要调控功能。本文就lncRNA H19的生物学特性及其在肿瘤中的作用,尤其在肺癌中的作用及分子机制进行综述。

Lung cancer is currently the malignant tumor with the highest incidence in the world. Long non-coding RNA ( lncRNA) is a RNA transcript with a length more than 200 nucleotides and no protein-coding potential. lncRNA H19, the first identified lncRNA, plays an important regulatory role in tumor proliferation, invasion, and metastasis. This review introduces the biological characteristics of lncRNA H19 and its role in tumors, especially its role and molecular mechanism in lung cancer.
