摘要
呼出气分析作为肺部疾病的诊断和监测手段,由于其无创、快捷简便的优点已经受到广泛关注。近年来已将呼出气一氧化氮与呼出气一氧化碳作为诊断肺部炎症、氧化应激、缺血再灌注损伤的标志物,目前已经广泛地应用于临床。本文就二者在肺癌与肺移植手术中的临床应用进行综述。
Exhaled breath analysis, a diagnostic and monitoring method for lung diseases, has attracted wide attention due to its non-invasive, fast and simple advantages. In recent years, exhaled nitric oxide and exhaled carbon monoxide have been widely used in clinical diagnosis of pulmonary inflammation, oxidative stress and ischemia-reperfusion injury. This article reviews the clinical application of exhaled nitric oxide and exhaled monoxide in lung cancer surgery and lung tra nsplantati on.
