摘要
弥漫性肺疾病病种繁多,如何正确诊断仍然是一个临床挑战。支气管镜检查作为呼吸病学医师的重要技术在弥漫性肺疾病的诊断中占据了重要地位,包括支气管肺泡灌洗技术、经支气管镜腔内黏膜活检、经支气管肺活检、冷冻肺活检、支气管内超声技术,这些技术都是诊断弥漫性肺疾病的有用工具。本文就支气管镜技术在弥漫性肺疾病中的应用进展作一综述,以提高弥漫性肺疾病的诊断意识,为临床进一步治疗提供一定借鉴。
Diagnosis of diffuse lung disease remains a clinical challenge due to its wide range of diseases. Bronchoscopy plays an important role in the diagnosis of diffuse lung disease as an important technique of respiratory physicians, including bronchoalveolar lavage, endobronchial biopsy, transbronchial lung biopsy, transbronchial lung cryobiopsy, endobroncheal ultrasonography. This article reviews the progress on application of bronchoscopy in diffuse lung disease, aiming at improving the awareness of diagnosis and providing an effective basis for clinical treatment.
