超高井斜水平井钻井技术在复杂断块油田的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为解决涠洲w油田因主力储层被多条断层分隔、主力砂体厚度较薄、横向变化快、纵向非均质性强及地层倾角变化大给水平井钻井作业带来的储层钻遇落空、轨迹控制困难、井眼清洁和储层保护难度大等难题,通过优化钻头设计,优选钻井参数、钻具组合和钻井液体系以及对Power Drive Archer指向式旋转导向工具实际造斜能力分析,成功实施了一口连续造斜率9.81°/30 m、最大井斜角107.8°的水平井作业,实现了一个水平井段动用多个断块储量的地质预期,为后续超高井斜水平井钻井技术在复杂断块油田的应用提供技术参考。 The reservoir of W oilfield is separated by several fault-blocks.The reservoir is of extremely heterogeneous and with significant formation inclination leading to difficulty of trajectory control,poor hole cleaning and reservoir protection when drilling horizontal wells.The researchers intend to overcome the difficulties by bit optimization,selection of drilling parameters,BHA,drilling fluid optimization,and analysis of Power Drive Archer.An ultrahigh deviated horizontal well was successfully conducted with maximum dogleg severity of 9.81/30 m and maximum angle of 107.8°,leading to multi-fault reserves explored by one horizontal well.It can offer technical experience for future operation.
