摘要
新时代开放式的人才培养体系下,如何将高职学生的专业能力培养与双创相结合,是值得研究的课题。以大创项目教授成人钢琴课为例,进行SWOT分析。指出师生如何共同成长、如何改进人才培养的模式,大创存在的问题及应对。
The paper explores how to combine the professional competence with innovation and entrepreneurship under the new age.It is quite challenging to innovate the cultivation system of talents.Based on a project of adult piano class,it carries on SWOT analysis.The mode of corporate learning and improvement,talents cultivation vary with the time.It also points out the existing problems and solutions.
