摘要
本文系统地对目前汽车用导线导体材料由铜改为铝进行了可行性分析,对比了二者性能差异点,针对铝线在替代铜线的使用过程中需要改善的地方,提出了铝线压接新的端子结构和密封方式,提出了蓄电池铝线束新的压接实现方式和结构。
In this paper, the feasibility analysis is carried out on the replacement of conductor material from copper to aluminum, and the difference between the two performance point is compared. The new terminal structure and seal form of aluminum wire are put forward, and the new mode and structure of the pressure connection of the aluminum wire are put forward.
