现阶段我国公办养老机构转制政策现状与发展方向

The Current Situation and Development Direction of the Reform Policies of Public Pension Institutions in China

为了进一步推动老龄服务市场的健康发展,国家开始大力推进公办养老机构转制进程,各地陆续出台相关转制政策搜集了国家和部分地方公办养老机构转制的相关文件、规定,分析了目前公办养老机构转制的主要政策内容与导向,以及目前转制政策的主要特点及存在问题,并就进一步完善相关政策提出了相应建议。

To further promote the sound development of the elderly care services market,the Chinese government has started to transform the ownership of state-owned elderly care institutions and many local governments have rolled out their policies.On the basis of relevant documents and regulations of the central government and different localities,this paper analyzed the policy orientation as well as features of the policies and problems existed,and then gave corresponding proposals to further improve the policies.
