基于微观层面的创新投入、劳动力素质与企业技术进步研究

Innovation investment, labor quality and technological progress of enterprises

随着"刘易斯拐点"的到来和人口红利的消失,依靠高投资与出口导向型的发展模式不再具有可持续性,我国亟需向依靠企业技术进步带动经济增长的模式转型。本文采用工业企业数据,构建创新投入、劳动力素质影响企业技术进步的理论框架与模型,实证结果表明:增加创新投入、提升劳动力素质能够显著促进我国企业技术进步。最后,本文将企业按照是否出口、不同所有制、不同地理位置进行分组,运用分组检验法及替换变量法验证实证结果的稳健性。

With the arrival of the“Lewis Turning Point”and the disappearance of the demographic dividend,the development model of relying on high investment and export-oriented is no longer sustainable.China urgently needs to transform into a model that relies on technological advancement of enterprises to drive economic growth.This paper uses industrial enterprise data to construct the theoretical framework and model of innovation investment and labor quality affecting the technological progress of enterprises.The empirical results show that increasing innovation investment and improving the quality of labor force can significantly promote the technological progress of Chinese enterprises.Finally,the paper classifies enterprises according to whether or not export,different ownership,different geographical location,and uses group test method and replacement variable method to verify the robustness of the empirical results.
