研发投入对区域绿色生产率的影响分析——基于省级面板数据实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文利用Super-DEA模型测算了中国2005—2016年度29个省份的区域绿色生产率,并且将研发投入分成基础研发和应用研发,从分区域角度分析研发投入对区域绿色生产率的影响,考虑研发投入对区域绿色生产率的滞后效应。研究结论表明基础研发和应用研发对区域绿色生产率具有显著的正向促进作用,存在一定的滞后效应;应用研发对区域绿色生产率的正向促进作用大于基础研发;增加应用研发支出对东部、中部和西部地区的区域绿色生产率提升程度也存在一定的差距,东部最高,中部次之,西部最小;最后为如何提升区域绿色生产率提出一些具体的建议和对策。 This paper uses the Super-DEA model to measure the regional green productivity of 29 provinces in China from 2005 to 2016,and divides the R&D investment into basic R&D and application R&D,and analyzes the impact of R&D investment on regional green productivity from the perspective of the whole and sub-region.It is concluded that basic R&D and application R&D play a significant positive role in promoting regional green productivity.Among them,the positive effect of application R&D on regional green productivity is greater than that of basic R&D,and the increase of application R&D expenditure also has a certain gap in the promotion degree of regional green productivity between the East and the West,among which the East is the highest,the Middle is the second,and the West is the smallest.Finally,it puts forward some concrete suggestions and countermeasures for how to improve the regional green productivity.
