混合所有制企业TMT团队过程、团队合作对战略决策质量的影响——基于团队自反的调节效应

Impact of mixed firms TMT team process and team cooperation on the quality of strategic decision making:adjustment effect based on team reflexivity

基于TMT团队过程和团队合作双层视角,将团队自反引入高管团队理论;对相关文献进行梳理,提出研究假设及理论模型;基于北上广深120家混合所有制企业TMT的630份有效问卷进行实证研究,探究团队合作对混合所有制TMT团队过程和战略决策质量的中介效应及团队自反的调节效应。结果表明:混合所有制TMT团队过程对战略决策质量具有正向影响;混合所有制TMT团队过程对团队合作正相关,团队合作对战略决策质量也正相关;因此,团队合作在混合所有制TMT团队过程与战略决策质量之间具有中介效应。另外,团队自反在混合所有制TMT团队过程和团队合作之间具有调节效应,团队自反在混合所有制TMT团队过程和战略决策质量之间也具有调节效应。

Based on TMT team process and team cooperation,the paper introduces team reflexivity into top management team theory,summarizes relevant liberatures,puts forward research hypothesis and theoretical model,explores the mediating effect of team cooperation on TMT team process and strategic decision-making quality and the moderating effect of team reflexivity through empirically studying of 630 valid questionnaires of 120 TMT of mixed firms(MFTMT)in the city of Beijing,Shanghai,guangzhou and Shenzhen.The results show that MFTMT team process has a positive effect on the quality of strategic decision-making.MFTMT team process is positively correlated to team cooperation,and team cooperation is positively correlated to strategic decision-making quality.Therefore,team cooperation has a mediating effect between MFTMT team process and strategic decision-making quality.In addition,team reflexivity has a moderating effect between MFTMT team process and team cooperation,and team reflexivity also has a moderating effect between MFTMT team process and strategic decision-making quality.
