摘要 当前在全球贸易增长面临巨大下行压力的大背景下,服务贸易成为推动全球贸易增长的"新引擎",服务业竞争力已成为衡量一个国家国际竞争力和综合国力的重要指标。我国的服务贸易发展速度非常快,但存在着逆差较大、服务业内部结构不平衡、竞争力并不突出等问题,因此,对我国服务贸易结构优化和质量提升进行深入研究显得尤为必要。基于钻石模型理论,从分析影响服务贸易竞争力因素的视角出发,构建一个包含5个二级指标、22个三级指标的服务贸易竞争力评价体系,对"一带一路"沿线74个国家的服务贸易竞争力进行综合评价,探究影响不同区域服务贸易竞争力大小的因素,最后针对提升我国服务贸易竞争力的路径进行探析。 The global trade growth is facing much downward pressure, services trade has become the "new engine" which is driving global trade growth, and competitiveness of service industries has become an important indicator to measure a country’s international competitiveness and comprehensive national strength. China’s services trade is developing at a very fast pace, with the weaknesses of large deficits, an unbalanced internal structure in the service sector and weak competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to further study the structural optimization and quality improvement of China’s services trade. Based on the theory of diamond model and the analysis of the factors influencing the competitiveness of services trade, it constructs an evaluation system for assessing the competitiveness of services trade with five secondary indexes and 22 tertiary indexes, with which it gives a comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of services trade in 74 countries along the Belt and Road, especially the factors with different impacts. It finally explores the approaches to promoting the competitiveness of services trade in China.
