摘要
为调查一起氧气瓶在焊接作业过程中爆炸的事故原因,对事故氧气瓶爆炸残留物采用宏观检查、断口检查、化学成分分析、金相组织分析、硬度分析等方法综合分析论证,确定系氧气瓶回火化学爆炸,分析了导致氧气瓶回火爆炸的关键原因。通过对氧气瓶回火防止器调查研究、小型非工业焊接操作隐患研究,发现了业界普遍存在的重大事故隐患;通过对氧气瓶工作压力与回火关系研究,确定了氧气瓶工作压力与回火的大致关系曲线,分别从国家标准制定部门、安监执法部门、企业、操作者4个方面提出了整治建议。
In order to investigate the causes of the explosion of oxygen cylinder in gas welding,the explosive residue of the accident oxygen cylinder was analyzed by macroscopic examination,fracture inspection,chemical composition,metallographic structure,hardness analysis and so on,the chemical explosion of oxygen cylinder was determined,and the key reason of tempering explosion of oxygen cylinder was analyzed.Through the investigation and research of the oxygen cylinder tempering and preventing device and research on the hidden trouble of small non-industrial welding operation,it was found the major accident hidden danger in the industry.Through the study of the relationship between working pressure and temper of oxygen cylinder,the approximate relation curve between working pressure and temper of oxygen cylinder was determined,and some renovation proposals were put forward from 4 aspects,national standard establishment department,safety supervision law enforcement department,enterprise and the operators.
