“十二五”城镇污水处理厂环保投资效益分析

Environmental investment benefit analysis on urban wastewater treatment plant in the 12th five-year plan period

根据2011—2015年环境统计数据,分析了"十二五"期间城镇污水处理厂固定资产投资、环保投资效益等相关情况。研究发现,中国城镇污水处理厂在"十二五"期间固定资产投资和运行费用不断增加,污水处理能力不断提升,到2015年底,城镇污水处理厂共计5 390座,污水处理能力达17 169万t/d,实际污水处理量达到498.7亿t/a,COD和氨氮的去除量分别达到1 136.8万t和115.8万t。通过分析目前城镇污水处理厂在投资建设、运行维护等方面存在的问题,提出了相关建议,对今后城镇污水处理厂建设及运行起到指导作用。

Based on the environmental statistics data from 2011 to 2015,fixed assets investment and environmental investment benefit of urban wastewater treatment plant in the 12th five-year plan period were analyzed.The results showed that fixed assets investment and operating cost of urban wastewater treatment plant in China were increased,the capacity of wastewater treatment was improved during the 12th five-year plan period.On the end of 2015,the number of urban wastewater treatment plant was 5 390,the wastewater treatment capacity was 171.69 million tons per day,annual wastewater treatment volume reached 49.87 billion tons,and the removal of COD and ammonia nitrogen reached 11.368 million tons and 1.158 million tons respectively.By analyzing the problems existing in the construction,operation and maintenance of urban wastewater treatment plants,the relevant suggestions were put forward,which would guide the construction and operation of urban wastewater treatment plants in the future.
