生态文明建设框架下少数民族社会发展相关问题思考——基于河西走廊各民族移民定居后的发展实践

Some Reflections on the Ethnic Minorities' Social Development in Construction of Ecological Civilization:Based on the Situation of Ethnic Minority after Their Settlement in Hexi Corridor

生态文明建设是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,也是全党全社会共同努力实现的目标。在生态文明建设总目标之下,少数民族社会传统发展模式不同程度地呈现出一些亟待解决的问题。河西走廊在中西方文化互通历史上形成多民族交流交往和交融的重要场域,同时也是中国北方重要的多元生态聚合区域,资源丰富性、经济后发性与生态脆弱性并存。在生态文明建设框架下对河西走廊民族社会发展相关问题展开深入分析与思考,是厘清生态文明与发展要求之间的关系,实现经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态文明建设"五位一体"总体布局,推动创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享发展理念的重要路径。

The ecological civilization construction is an essential part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and it is also the goal that the whole party and the whole society work together to achieve.Referring to the overall goal of ecological civilization construction,the traditional development model of ethnic minority society has some urgent problems to be solved.The Hexi Corridor has been a vital field for multi-ethnic interactions in the history of Sino-Western cultural exchanges.It is also a pivotal multi-ecological aggregate region in northern China with the coexistent features of rich resources,underdeveloped economy and ecological fragility.Analyzing and reflecting on the development of ethnic society in the Hexi Corridor within the framework of the ecological civilization construction is an important path to clarify the relationship between ecological civilization and development,realize the“five in one”overall layout of economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction,and promote the development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.
