The Study on Sports Industry Cross-border Integration in the Context of Supply-side Reform

运用逻辑分析、专家访谈等方法,阐述供给侧改革背景下体育产业跨界融合的价值与意义,分析我国体育产业跨界融合的发展现实及困境,并提出发展策略。体育产业跨界融合的价值在于以调整体育产业结构来提高体育产品供给的有效性,以新兴业态的生成倒逼体育产业调整划分标准,以产业融合带动企业市场行为变化。我国体育产业跨界融合在消费者、企业、政府的推动下,通过技术外延式、市场共享式与功能多元式的方式进行融合,但存在支持政策不足、产业结构失衡、资源匮乏的困境。建议以创新为首要理念,以政策支持为保障,以“体育+”为资源配置手段,更好地促进体育产业跨界融合发展。

The values and significance of cross-border integration of sports industries under the background of supply-side reform have been studied by methods of logical analysis and expert interviews. The values on sports cross-border integration shows from the efficiency in adjustment in sports industry structures, relying on new industries for the standards’ change, and bringing the further changes in market behaviors. Under the drive of consumers, enterprises and governments, cross-border integration of sports industries is conducted by way of technology extension, market sharing and functional diversity in China. However, it is faced with problems like insufficient policy support, imbalance of industrial structure, and scarcity of resources. It is suggested that innovation should be considered as the most important issue, policy support should be the guarantee, and “sports plus” model should be the resource allocation means, so that can better promoting cross-border integration of sports industries.
