张家口滑雪产业发展研究

Research on the Development of Ski Industry in Zhangjiakou

运用实地考察法、专家访谈法等对张家口滑雪产业进行分析。随着 2022 年冬奥会的成功申办,在“3 亿人参与冰雪运动”目标的拉动下,张家口的滑雪市场进入黄金发展期,但也存在一些问题:精品赛事尚需增加,未能有效引领冰雪产业链;基础设施和配套条件尚需完善,未能充分发挥保障功能;滑雪旅游资源尚需有效整合,未能形成规模效应和品牌效应;滑雪产业人才相对匮乏,行业吸引力不足等。建议:政府引导,市场主导;加强基础设施和配套设施建设,推进滑雪产业集聚区建设;实现体育与文化、旅游的融合发展,积极发展滑雪旅游;积极发展滑雪竞赛表演业,打造滑雪精品赛事和活动;积极培育滑雪产业专业人才;发挥承载力优势,承接京津转出产业。

The paper analyzes the ski industry in Zhangjiakou using field investigation and expert interview. The ski market in Zhangjiakou has achieved its highly development period as Beijing and Zhangjiakou successfully bid for the 2022 winter Olympic Games and the goal on “allowing 300 million people participate in ice and snow sports”. However, the main problems are still existed and can be analyzed as follows: the amount of quality competitive sports events should be increased, the present events are far from constructing high level industry chain for the development of ice and snow sports;infrastructures need to be improved since the current facilities have problems providing effective social security;the ice and snow tourism resources require to be integrated, for now they doesn’t achieve the ideal effect both on scales and brands;the ice and snow industry is in a lack of talents and the overall industry is far from attractive to the public. Suggestions: take market as a main power to lead the industry while government as a support;strengthen the construction of infrastructure to lay a foundation for the development of the ice and snow industry;integrate sports, culture and tourism to promote the development on ice and snow tourism;focus on the performances on skiing and make quality events;cultivate backup talents;develop strengths on capacity, and undertake those industries that move out from Beijing and Tianjin.
