摘要
丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路是细胞被刺激、激活及调控活性的重要途径之一.MAPK级联反应可介导细胞分裂、分化、凋亡,是哺乳动物细胞内的核心信号通路,因此借助MAPK信号通路可修复及重生视网膜受损血管,对修复眼部创伤有重要意义.MAPK信号通路对眼科学疾病的研究起到了推动性作用.现通过搜集、总结综述文献来探讨MAPK信号通路在眼科疾病中发挥的作用及其研究进展.
The mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway is one of the important pathways through which cells are stimulated,activated and regulated. MAPK cascade reaction can mediate cell division,differentiation and apoptosis,which is the core signaling pathway in mammalian cells.Therefore,the use of MAPK signaling pathway can repair and regenerate damaged retinal vessels,which is of great significance in repairing ocular trauma.MAPK signaling pathway plays a positive role in the research of ophthalmic diseases.In this review,we summarize the literature exploring the role of MAPK signaling pathway in ophthalmic diseases and its research progress.
