乡村振兴战略下大学生返乡创业问题研究

Study on Problems of College Students' Returning to Hometown and Starting Business Under Rural Revitalization Strategy

新时期的乡村振兴战略要求当前城镇化建设与生态环境协调发展,农村籍大学生作为高素质、可持续性的创业主体能够担负起时代使命。从大学生创业主体类型、企业规模和创业动机等三个方面对大学生返乡创业现状进行分析,针对当前国家制度安排、农村人才需求的机遇,进一步阐述了当前大学生返乡创业所存在的问题,最后提出了相关建议和对策。

The Rural Revitalization Strategy in the new period requires the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment.Rural college students,as high-quality and sustainable entrepreneurs,can shoulder the mission of the times.This paper makes an analysis of the present situation of college students'returning-hometown-entrepreneurship from three aspects:types of entrepreneurs,scale of enterprises and motivation of entrepreneurship.In view of the current national institutional arrangements and the opportunities of rural talent demand,this paper elaborates on the existing problems and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
