脱落酸对镉胁迫下茴香植株生长及镉累积的影响 被引量:3

Effect of ABA on Fennel(Foeniculum Vulgare Mill.) Growth and Cadmium Accumulation under Cadmium Stress

摘要 以内蒙古小茴香为试验材料,采用营养液培养方法,研究了镉(2 mg/L)胁迫下脱落酸(0、1、5、10、15、20μmol/L)对茴香植株生长、生理指标及对镉累积的影响.结果表明,镉胁迫下,低浓度脱落酸处理促进茴香植株生长,高浓度脱落酸处理抑制茴香植株生长;高浓度脱落酸处理显著抑制茴香植株地上部鲜重,而对根系鲜重和干重无显著影响;高浓度脱落酸处理不利于叶绿素合成.镉胁迫下,随脱落酸浓度增加,可溶性糖含量显著降低;可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量大致呈先增加再降低趋势;丙二醛含量呈显著降低趋势.镉胁迫下,高浓度脱落酸含量显著降低茴香植株地上部镉累积量.总的来说,高浓度脱落酸处理显著抑制茴香植株地上部生物量的累积,并降低茴香植株地上部镉累积量. Effect of ABA(0、1、5、10、15、20 μmol/L) on fennel growth, physiological indexes and cadmium accumulation under cadmium stress(2 mg/L) was studied by hydroponics method. The results showed that the growth of fennel plant was promoted at lower ABA concentration, while higher ABA concentration inhibited the growth of fennel plant. Fresh weight(F.W) aboveground of fennel, which was treated by ABA under cadmium stress,were the highest at 1 μmol/L ABA concentration,while F.W and dry weight(D.W) underground and root/shoot ratio were no difference significantly. ABA treatment was not conducive to chlcrophyll synthesis. With increasing of ABA concentration, soluble sugar content of fennel plant decreased, while soluble protein and proline contents had trend of increase first and then decrease, and MDA content decreased significantly under cadmium stress. Cadmium content of fennel plant aboveground at higher ABA concentration under under cadmium stress. At all, biomass and cadmium accumulation of fennel plant aboveground was inhibited significantly.
