OSAS患者nCPAP治疗前后血清HIF-1α、eNOS的变化水平及意义

Changes and significance of serum HIF-1α and eNOS in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome before and after nCPAP treatment

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者经鼻持续气道正压通气(nCPAP)治疗前后血清缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)的变化水平及意义。方法对2016年6月-2018年2月本院收治的68例OSAS患者予以nCPAP治疗,另纳入同期在本院体检的35名健康志愿者为对照组,观察两组治疗前后血清HIF-1α、eNOS水平变化,探讨血清HIF-1α、eNOS在OSAS发病中的作用。结果观察组NC、WL、ODI较健康组明显高,MinSO2较健康组明显低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清HIF-1α明显降低、eNOS水平明显升高,血清HIF-1α水平升高、eNOS水平降低是OSAS发病的高危因素(P<0.05),nCPAP治疗是OSAS发病的保护因素(P<0.05);血清HIF-1α与OSAS发病呈明显正相关(P<0.05),eNOS水平与OSAS发病呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论OSAS患者nCPAP治疗前后血清HIF-1α、eNOS水平明显变化,血清HIF-1α、eNOS在OSAS疾病发生中起到重要作用,nCPAP可作为OSAS患者重要有效治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)before and after nasal continuous positive airway pressure(nCPAP)treatment.Methods 68 patients with OSAS(the observation group)who were admitted from June 2016 to February 2018 and 35 healthy volunteers(the healthy group)who were examined in the hospital during the same period were enrolled in the study.The observation group was given nCPAP treatment.The levels of serum HIF-1αand eNOS in the observation group were compared before and after treatment,and the role of serum HIF-1αand eNOS in the pathogenesis of OSAS was discussed.Results The NC,WL and ODI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group,while MinSO2 was significantly lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).The serum HIF-1αwas significantly decreased while the level of eNOS was significantly increased in the observation group after treatment.Increased serum HIF-1αlevel and decreased eNOS level were high risk factors for OSAS(P<0.05),while nCPAP treatment was a protective factor(P<0.05).Serum HIF-1αwas positively correlated with OSAS(P<0.05),and the eNOS level was negatively correlated with OSAS(P<0.05).Conclusion There are obvious changes in levels of serum HIF-1αand eNOS in patients with OSAS before and after nCPAP treatment.Serum HIF-1αand eNOS play important roles in the occurrence of OSAS,and nCPAP is an effective treatment for patients with OSAS.
