摘要
为提高汽车制造业涂装作业安全管理水平,通过系统分析其安全风险影响因素,构建了汽车制造业涂装作业安全风险评价指标体系,并提出了利用熵值法确定指标相对隶属度来改进突变级数法的组合评价方法。将此组合评价方法应用某汽车有限公司武汉工厂安全风险评价中,评价结果与实际情况相符合,证明此方法具有较好的适用性。
In order to improve the safety management level of painting operations in the automobile manufacturing industry,through systematic analysis of factors affecting the safety risks of painting operations in the automotive industry,an evaluation index system for the safety risk of painting operations in the automobile manufacturing industry was constructed,and an combined evaluation method of improved catastrophe progression method is proposed by using entropy method to determine relative membership degree of indexes.This combination evaluation method is applied to the safety risk assessment of Wuhan Plant of a certain automobile company.The evaluation result is in accordance with the actual situation,so this method is applicable.
