摘要
为顺应社会发展需求,积极改进产教融合、校企合作的办学模式,提出了以岗位标准引导的"现代学徒制"人才培养模式。紧密围绕社会需求和就业形式开展专业设置,大力开展重点、特色专业建设;寻求各方利益契合,构建校企合作机制;引进校企合作项目,开展重要加工技术技能的消化与转化,持续完善教学内容;搭建产教办专职沟通与管理的平台,具体负责开展校企合作实践;充分调动师徒积极性和兴趣,构建新型师徒关系;以职业技能竞赛为检验,实现教学内容再优化;建立评价约束,保障人才培养质量。
In order to satisfy the requirement of social development,actively improve the combination of production&teaching,and college-enterprise cooperation model,this paper puts forward the modern apprenticeship talent cultivation model based on post standard.The major is designed focusing on social demand and employment mode closely to develop the construction of important and distinctive majors.The college-enterprise cooperation system is built with the pursuit of satisfying demands of each party.By introducing projects of college-enterprise cooperation,make full use of critical machining processing technology and achieve the transferring to continuously perfect the teaching content.The platform special for communication and management is responsible for deploying the college-enterprise cooperation and practice.Stimulate the incentive and interest of teachers and students and build a new relationship between teachers and students.Realize the optimization of teaching contents as measured and tested by vocational skill competition.Establish the appraisal standard to ensure talents’quality.
