摘要
通过国内、外大量文献梳理出学徒制概念的内涵与外延,并对传统学徒制和现代学徒制的历史背景和运作方式进行剖析,结合职业学校的人才培养模式,对人才培养现状进行四个层面的分析,融合职业学校的显性知识和学徒制的隐性知识对人才培养过程中的重要贡献,凝聚职业教育对人才培养模式的理性思考,职业教育推行现代学徒制的人才培养模式具有四个层面的发展需要。也得益于"现代化"理论。
This paper analyzes the current situation of talents’cultivation from four levels considering the vocational school talent cultivation model,according to the study of apprenticeship concept’s connotation and extension from domestic and foreign literature,and analyzing historic background and operating method of traditional and modern apprenticeship.It demonstrates the important contribution made by vocational school and apprenticeship in explicit and implicit manners separately,and also shows the rational thinking on vocational talents’cultivation model.The talent training mode of modern apprenticeship in vocational education has four levels of development needs and benefit from the modernization theory.
