高职学生思想政治教育发展的策略思考——以新华职大高职学生思想政治教育发展为例

Strategic Thinking on the Development of Ideological and Political Education for Higher Vocational Students——Taking the Development of Ideological and Political Education of Higher Vocational College Students in Xinhua Vocational College as an Example

思想政治教育是学校教育工作的重中之重,思想政治教育的发展事关学校的发展,是从根本上解决培养什么样人的问题,是育人的核心。从思想政治教育的概念发展入手,通过对近年来新华职工大学高职学生思想政治教育发展情况的回顾,对思想政治教育的重要意义阐述和对培养目标的探讨,就新时代高职学生思想政治教育发展的策略提出几点思考意见并进行论述。

Ideological and political education is the top priority of school education.The development of ideological and political education is related to the development of schools.It is a fundamental solution to the problem of what kind of people to train and the core of educating people.Starting from the developing concept of ideological and political education,through reviewing the development of ideological and political education of higher vocational students in Xinhua Staff University in recent years,expounding the significance of ideological and political education and discussing the training objectives,this paper puts forward some thoughts and opinions on the development strategy of ideological and political education for higher vocational students in the new era and makes some discussion on it.
