生殖支原体与泌尿生殖道疾病的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 生殖支原体(MG)属于柔膜体纲支原体目,是一种界于病毒及细菌之间,迄今为止发现的能自我复制的最小微生物,1995年完成其基因序列测定,基因组长580×10^3,共包含482个蛋白编码基因[1]。MG是人类发现的第12种支原体,在人的泌尿生殖道黏膜仅次于解脲支原体(UU)和人型支原体。随着检测技术的不断发展,MG引起临床相关疾病的问题被广泛重视。《2009年欧洲非淋菌性尿道炎治疗指南》已明确MG是非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)的病因之一,《2010年美国CDC宫颈炎的诊治指南》中也强调MG的致病作用。此外,盆腔炎性疾病(PID)、不孕不育、艾滋病、前列腺炎、附睾炎等也与MG感染有密切关系。本文主要从MG在泌尿生殖道的致病机制、所致的相关疾病及主要检测手段等方面进行综述。
