摘要
围绕优质节水高产广适这一育种目标,广泛收集具有特异性状的种质材料,利用DA7200品质测定仪对种质材料进行品质检测,确定丰产性好、品质突出、抗逆性好的材料作为中心亲本,依据亲本特点制定多种组配模式并进行广泛杂交,后代选育采用水旱交叉选育法,出圃品系进行水、旱地同时鉴定等方法,育成了小麦新品种长6794。该品种优质专用、节水高产、抗病性好、穗大粒大、适应性好,是近年来北部冬麦区水地难得的优质强筋节水高产品种。
Focusing on the breeding goal of high quality, water saving and high yield, germplasm materials with specific traits were collected. The quality of these collected germplasm materials was tested with the quality detector(DA7200), and the materials with high yield, outstanding quality and good resistance were selected as the central parents. Based on the characteristics of the parents, a variety of matching modes were developed and the parents were widely hybridized. Breeding the new wheat variety named Chang 6794 by means of selection of progeny by cross-breeding in irrigated field and dry field and identification of the sputum line in water and dry land. This variety has the advantages of high water saving, good disease resistance, big spike grain and good adaptability. And it is a rare breed with quality gluten, water saving, high yield and disease resistance in northern winter wheat fields in recent years.
