苦参功劳颗粒对人工感染鸡大肠杆菌病的临床疗效研究

Study on the Clinical Effects of Kushen Gonglao Granule against Chicken Colibacillosis Caused by Artificial Infection

[目的]评价苦参功劳颗粒对鸡大肠杆菌病的治疗效果,确定推荐的给药程序。[方法]通过采用标准菌株C83851建立人工感染鸡大肠杆菌病模型,给予高、中、低剂量的苦参功劳颗粒治疗,观察治疗前后的临床症状、增重率,死亡率和治愈率,评价其临床效果。[结果]苦参功劳颗粒按0.1、0.2、0.4g/kg体重的剂量灌胃给药,连续5d,治愈率分别为67.5%、77.5%和80.0%,体重增重率分别为56.91%、63.56%和61.36%。[结论]苦参功劳颗粒可以有效治疗鸡大肠杆菌病,推荐剂量为0.2g/kg。

[Objective] To evaluate the treatment effects of Kushen Gonglao granule against chicken colibacillosis,and confirm the recommended drug administration procedure.[Method] The standard strain C83851 was used for establishing artificially-infected chicken colibacillosis model.Three different doses of Kushen Gonglao granule was administrated to the infected broilers.The clinical symptoms before and after the treatment,weight gain rate,mortality rate and cure rate were observed,and the clinical effects was evaluated.[Result] Mice were administrated with 0.1,0.2 and 0.4 g/kg by gastrointestinal administration for continuous 5 days,the cure rates of infected chicken were 67.5%,77.5% and 80.0%,respectively,and the weight gain rates in three treatments were 56.91%,63.56% and 61.36% respectively.[Conclusion]Kushen Gonglao granule could effectively treat the chicken colibacillosis.
