摘要
[目的]通过对新疆塔城地区传统发酵酸马奶中Lactobacillus的分离鉴定和耐药谱分析,确定乳杆菌组成及其安全性。[方法]采用梯度稀释涂平板法分离,结合生理生化、属引物和16SrRNA基因扩增进行鉴定。[结果]从7份传统酸马奶中鉴定得到20株乳杆菌,L.plantarum为优势种。所有菌株对万古霉素具有耐受性,多重耐药菌株占85%。[结论]传统酸马奶中蕴含优良的微生物菌种资源,值得进一步研发和保护。
[Objective] The composition and safety of Lactobacillus were determined by the isolation,identification and drug resistance spectrum analysis of Lactobacillus in traditional fermented koumiss in Tacheng area of Xinjiang.[Methods]The Lactobacillus were separated by gradient dilution coating plate method and combined with physiological and biochemical test, genus-specific primers amplification, and 16S rRNA gene amplification.[Results] Twenty strains of Lactobacillus were isolated from 7 samples, and L. plantarum was the dominant species. All strains were resistant to vancomycin, and multi-drug resistant strains accounted for 85%.[Conclusion] Traditional fermented koumiss contains excellent microbial resources and is worthy of further research and development.
