东北野生薄荷挥发油成分及抑菌活性研究 被引量:8

Study on the Components and Antibacterial Activity of Volatile Oil from Wild Mentha haplocalyx Briq. in Northeast China

摘要 [目的]研究东北野生薄荷的挥发油化学成分及抑菌活性。[方法]运用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对挥发油化学成分进行分析。运用滤纸片琼脂板扩散法和二倍稀释法,对挥发油的抑菌活性和最小抑菌浓度进行研究。[结果]薄荷挥发油出油率为0.8%,通过运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)鉴定出东北野生薄荷的挥发油成分有59种。提取出的薄荷挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等常用菌种均有抑制作用,且抑菌圈直径分别为10.92、10.25、9.18mm,最小抑菌浓度分别为1.56、3.13、12.50μL/mL。[结论]用GC-MS法检测出东北野生薄荷的挥发油化学成分较多,且挥发油表现出良好的抑菌活性,具有很大的市场潜力。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical composition and antibacterial activity of the volatile oils from wild Mentha haplocalyx in Northeast China.[Method]GC-MS was employed to analyze the composition of the volatile oil from Mentha haplocalyx extracted.The antibacterial activity and minimum inhibitory concentration of volatile oil were studied by using the paper agar diffusion method and double broth dilution method.[Result]The yield of volatile oil from Mentha haplocalyx was 0.8%. 59 main vo1atile compounds were identified by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The extracted volatile oil had an inhibitory effect on common strains such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis ,and the diameter of the inhibition zone was 10.9,10.25 and 9.18 mm, respectively. The minimum inhibitory concentrations were 1.56, 3.13, 12.50 L/mL, respectively.[Result] Many chemical constituents of the volatile oil from wild Mentha haplocalyx in Northeast China were detected by GC-MS. The volatile oil showed good antibacterial activity,so Mentha haplocalyx Briq may have great market potential.
