小断面隧道施工关键技术探析

Key Technology of Small Section Tunnel Construction

小断面隧道施工具有情况复杂、难度大的特点,且其输水隧道洞断面较小,长隧道施工方案难以落实,因而小断面隧道施工既是项目方案比选的重难点,也是项目施工的主要控制点。以吉林省某引水工程为背景,重点阐述了小断面隧道施工工程的难点和应用技术,发现可以通过完善施工技术方案,大大提高整体的施工效率。该研究对解决小断面隧道施工中存在的问题有着重要的意义,对同类工程具有借鉴作用。

The construction of small section tunnel has such features as complicated situation and great difficulty and the section of its water conveyance tunnel is relatively small,the construction scheme of long tunnel is hard to implement smoothly,so the small section tunnel construction is the key and difficult point in the comparison and selection of the project scheme.Taking a water diversion project in Jilin Province as the background,this paper focuses on the difficulties and technical application details of small section tunnel construction.It is found that the whole construction efficiency can be greatly improved by perfecting the construction technology scheme.This research is of great significance for the solution to the existing problems of small section tunnel project and provides reference for the similar projects.
