摘要 为探讨信息平台管理在糖尿病健康管理中的作用,在湖北理工学院附属医院门诊患者中选取90例糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组45例,进行门诊常规管理;观察组45例,利用手机短信、微信和QQ信息平台进行管理,6个月后比较分析2组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血压、血脂等健康指标。2组患者与6个月前相比,FPG,HbA1c、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 6个月后,观察组FPG,HbA1c,SBP,DBP显著改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。但2组患者TC和TG水平较6个月前无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。信息平台管理在糖尿病健康管理中作用明显,值得推广。 Objective:To explore the role of information platform management in diabetes health management.Methods:90 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with45 cases each.The control group were treated with routine management while the observation group were managed by mobile phone short message,We Chat and QQ information platform.After 6 months,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1 c),blood pressure,blood lipid and other health indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:FPG,Hb A1 c,systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)were significantly improved compared with those 6 months ago(P<0.05).After 6 months,FPG,Hb A1 c,SBP,DBP in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in TC and TG after 6 months between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Information platform management plays a significant role in diabetes health management and is worthy of promotion.
